Swimming Lessons and the Library

Weston completed another session of swimming lessons on Thursday. He has had the best time at the pool this year. My parents kept Wyatt on Thursday so I could spend some time alone with Weston on his last day of swimming. Without Wyatt, we were able to arrive at the pool a little early, which was really nice!! He was able to play with his friends before the lesson.

Weston is brave enough to try swimming underwater in the little pool now.

I didn't realize that the boy with the dark hair had been in Weston's kindermusik classes for a long time. We hadn't seen him in over a year, so I didn't recognize him until the last week of class. These three boys became good friends and sat next to each other every day.

Level 2 certificate!

After we left swimming lessons, Weston and I had to drop off about 20 overdue library books. Weston thought the book return was a lot of fun!

We also checked out more books. We only need 9 more books to finish the program, and then he will get a surprise!

The two girls in the above photo put on a puppet show for Weston. They gave him strict instructions to "sit down and be quiet." He did sit there, but he wasn't quiet! He enjoyed the puppet show until the three of them came up with a better idea. They started chasing each other through the library!! Needless to say, we had to leave soon after:)
