We have a fire station about a mile from our house. This is the station that came to his rescue when he had a seizure. I told my parents I was thinking about taking Weston there to see the trucks. They insisted on taking him on the day they keep him-this was fine by me! I probably wouldn't have gotten around to taking him until December.
The firefighters were really happy to see him. They gave him a tour of the station and told him to climb inside their truck. They showed him all of their boots, hats, and jackets. They even turned on the siren for him. After the siren, Weston was scared and ready to leave! Nana and Papa, thanks for taking him to the fire station!
