A Week with Honey

Last week Nathan's mom came to stay with us for week to help out. Originally, she was going to watch Weston while we were in the hospital. She took a week of vacation from work the week I was scheduled for a C-section. Wyatt came early so she came the week after we had the baby. It was really nice having her here and we are thankful for all of her help. Here are some photos of our week with Honey.

Weston wanted a baby basket too so he pushed the laundry basket by Wyatt and climbed inside of it.

Adjusting

We are loving having a new baby in the house! Wyatt has been a really good baby and Weston really loves his new brother. Of course we all are having to adjust to the new addition, but it is going better than I had imagined. We have also had a lot of help since we left the hospital. My mom and sister have brought us dinner a couple of nights and my mom has helped with some of the laundry. Honey and Papaw came to visit us. Honey is staying with us this week to help out and spend some time with the boys.

Wyatt's First Doctor's Visit

On August 21st, the day after we came home from the hospital, we had to take Wyatt to his first doctor's visit at 8:00 am. That was an early morning for us but both boys were wonderful!

All of the boys in the office were having a fit to play video games. All of the girls were sitting beside their mothers:)

The doctor said Wyatt looked great. He weighed 7lbs 7 oz.

Going Home

We brought Wyatt home from the hospital on August 20th.

We finally dressed him in regular clothes right before we left. The outfit was a little big for him.
