March

We have had great weather this March, so we've been spending a lot of time outdoors. Here are some photos from March:

This was taken at the swamp one day. The boys were all complaining that it was too hot for walking, so they needed to take a break.

One of our pretty tulips in our yard.
Weston watering our garden.

Look how much it has grown:

We now have plums on our trees...

and peaches!

Our apple trees have blossomed!

We are hoping April will be just as nice!

St. Patrick's Day Parade

Weston had a St. Patrick's Day parade at school on the 17th. All of the classes dressed in different costumes for the parade. Nana, Papa, Wyatt, and Nathan were able to watch too, so Weston was really excited!

Weston was disappointed that he wasn't the line leader for their class. He really wanted to carry the sign, so his teacher said he could carry it if the other boy became tired. That never happened! Weston left school a little disappointed, but Nana and Papa made it all better. They took him to Burger King after the parade!!

Weston's class made instruments.

18 months

Last Wednesday, Wyatt had his 18 month doctor's appointment. According to the measurements, he only grew 3/4 of an inch since last visit. We are thinking they must not have measured him correctly last visit. Here are the stats:

Weight: 23 lbs 12 oz. 20%

Height: 33 3/4 inches 80%

Spring!

Spring is almost here! I can not believe it has been an entire year since our trees and bulbs were in full bloom. Where has the time gone?

daffodils

plum trees

peach trees

blueberries

Wyatt helped me plant some seeds in our garden. For some reason, Weston was in a bad mood that day and refused to help. We have a lot more to plant, so there will be other opportunities for Weston to get his hands in the garden later.

Wyatt gave himself a round of applause for planting a seed:)
Time to water the seeds.

He didn't come close to watering the seeds, but he sure had fun getting wet.
